PAINTING IN THE IRIS GARDEN

Saturday, June 13; 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Laking Garden. Members: $45; Non-members: $50

Have a great day painting outside at Laking Garden. Bring your watercolours and be prepared to paint irises in their full glory. Kathy Bourbonniere helps you get started with demonstrations, handouts, and lots of personal attention. Do not miss this workshop; the irises are only around a short time. FIVE-DAY LANDSCAPE WATERCOLOUR WORKSHOP

It’s like day camp for grown-ups! This is the experience you've been looking for – an artist’s holiday close to home. Spend five full days painting outdoors, enjoying the Gardens at their peak. Discover the beauty of landscape painting with artist Kathy Bourbonniere. Learn and practice the basic elements of landscape painting, plus techniques on how to handle rocks, skies, grasses, foliage and water. Paint scenes you love from your own photographs.
